I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem, when i shift from 1st to seconds it feels like there's something in side the boot grabing onto the stick as iam entering 2nd. It doesn't stop me from shifting or anything but its like it hitting some kind of metal inside the boot i dunno its weird. It only does it when the car is moving so if iam parked in my drivway and try it, it does not happen. And its not all the time like 60% of the time it does it. Any help would be highly appreciated.
This is a problem that i thought I had a while back. it is because you need to let the revs drop before you try to jam it into second gear. It seems to stick because the motor is spinning so much faster than the tranny after shifting. i found that if i shift out of first before 3000 rpms i dont have this problem anymore.
Is there a specific speed/RPM it happens at? I notice that if I try shifting down sometimes when I'm going faster than I should it's like it tries to stop me from being stupid...never noticed it while shifting up.

I never really payed attention to the rpms but i usually shift around 3-4. I mean it feels weird like some type of metal is rubbing againt it when i go into second. All the other gears i dont feel anything. The thing is it only happends when driving and it doesnt even happen all the time just every once in a while, i dunno i thought i had broken something.
