What to do with $250.

Well I got my deductible back from my accident.

I don't think there's anything I can buy for my car for $250 that would help in the performance sector.

Can't buy an axle back exhaust for that, can I?

I thought about a CAI, but is it worth it?

Other things I'm considering:
Nintendo Wii
22" LCD monitor
HD DVD player
Take the wife out to a play and dinner.
...any suggestions?

CAI is def worth it. It wont give any noticable performance but it makes the engin sound amazing. I have the injen CAI and just recently converted it from a Ram air to a cold air. Personal prefrence i like the ram air better. I wouldn't spend more than %150 for it though.

Take the wife to a play and dinner so next time you get more money and buy some mods she won't be mad!

Injen CAI! Who cares if it does anything for performance. It's my best mod because of the sound it makes.

get drunk. Buy wax, polish and clay bar. Clean your car up.

OR

get drunk, save the rest until you have a proper amount of money to spend on mods.

Springs, totally worth it. Or new grilles, figure llc is great and only like 130.

springs would be ok, but I'd have to change my shocks unless I want to bounce around.

if you want to go for the cosmetic route, I would say get a nice grill, a short antenna and some light overlays and head out for a few drinks with the change.

how about tinting my windows?

My concern is when I peel them off later on, will the rear defroster stick with the film? I don't want to ruin it.

rear defrost will be fine, but tint would look great, or tint and springs. Possibly the best two mods in my opinion. For looks at least...Though a grille sets off the stock look quite a bit.
