Default What to do with the stock tC springs?

Hi everyone,
Well, I finally got my TRD springs installed and was wondering what I should do with the stock tC springs that were replaced? Trash 'em? Keep them in case I ever need to put them back on? Sell them? If I should sell them, who would want them? And, how much could I sell them for? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! -Jayme

Thanks Chris,
I guess people will buy anything on Ebay so maybe I will try that ;-). I'm going to wash my car after work and will try to get some pics before it gets too dark. It looks a lot better with the springs and it still rides really great. -Jayme

I would hold on to them. I'm trying to return my Focus back to stock and the only part I have left on the car are my coilovers because I just threw out my stock springs. You never know when you'll need a stock part.

Diffently hold on to the springs, you always want to hold on to factory parts if for any reason you need to return it to factory condition.
I have had cases were people wanted the car I owned but only if the factory springs were back on, or alot of dealers wouldn't let me trade in a car with after market springs.

build a pogo stick.

Just kidding.

My roomate got his stock springs powder coated, and uses them to prop his hood open at car shows.

Keep them and paint them up a nice color and use them as hood props at car shows. Also if you ever want to sell the car and return in to stock, you won't have to find a new set agaun.

Thanks everyone for the responses. I'm still not sure what to do with the springs so I will hold on to them for awhile and see if I can find a use for them. I don't think I will ever need to return my car to stock because if I do sell her, I will sell her privately and no one would mind such a subtle drop. Here are pics of my car before and after the springs:

So far, I can't tell much difference in the ride but I've only driven about 30 miles since I had the springs installed. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think. Thanks, Jayme

I'm so jealous. I gotta get on the ball and get some TRD springs for myself. And maybe tint. Man, I'm slacking off (Or maybe you guys are just spending too much money on your brand new cars! Maybe that's it! Nah, I want the stuff too.)

keep as much stock items as you can even though you think you wont need them. I thought I was gonna keep my corolla but plans changed and I'm getting a tC and I am in the process of turning it back to stock. I'm lucky I only let go of one item (front grill sold on ebay for $40) but am so glad I kept the stock springs, wheels, tail lights, headlights, etc..

Default drop

was i right?

i'm not 100% sure but it seems like the TRD springs give you a slighty lower drop in the rear than in the front, which makes the car look like it point upwards in the front. In other words it seems like their is a bigger wheel gap in the front than the rear.

just slighty though. i haven't seen a tC with springs yet, but from the pics that i've seen, it looks that way.
