Here are some things I am thinking of doing to my Tc:

Install blue glow behing the front grills to match my interior glow

install blue underglow

install custom foglights in those cutouts to the left and right of the bottom grill

installing more lights in the rear center brake light, since only the middle of that long plastic thing lights up when i stop

new throaty exhaust system with LED end cap, blue LED of course

well those are some of my ideas to go with my black Tc, tell me what you think, and improvements. -Matt

4.)also a good idea, the 4 leds arent cutting it, I agree.
5.)no, just no. LED muffler tips can transform a car from hot to complete ____ by the flick of a switch.

6.) tint is nice looking, and functional so I think this is a good idea.

Do whatever the hell you want to do to your car. It's your car, you don't need anyone else's approval to modify it.

I do warn you, however, the modifications you listed are generally considered tasteless and useless by the majority of the modifying auto community, so if you're looking for agreement, you're probably not going to find it here.

 

I think your ideas are kooky...except for the fogs (unless you are going to put some useless blue fogs in...then that's kooky too).

But, it's your car so do what you want.

Seriously. It's your car. Do with it what you want. If it's going to make you happy, do it. If your car is going to scream Matt when people see it, go for it.
I think it's cool that you're not trying to be like everyone else, although the majority don't agree with your ideas. You did ask for opinions, and you got it.

In the end, you're going to be the one to live with those decisions, not us.

nah..dont get the lights. your car gonna look to rice rocket. keep it jdm...clean and simple

 

this car cant be jdm mainly because its only made for the american market. but it is mass produced by japanese plants and shipped over if you consider that jdm.

 

Instead of that stuff why not just spend the money on a strut bar or something?

 

Im one to be totally against exterior LEDs and glow stuff... but honestly, I think if its the right kind of night, hangin out with friends, not a care in the world (and assuming it was street legal) Id think under chassis lights are cool (just not ALL the time)... the exhaust tip glowing doesnt do it for me at all though.
In my area, people tend to vandalize cars that are "riced" so be careful doing things like this... the scary part is, its a nice area!
Your car... do it how you like, but dont expect everyone to like it

the glowing exhaust tip i thought was a joke cause all i see using those are beat up 88 accords or civics with mexican flags all over them ..i never knew people with respectable cars would use that pep boys crap

 

Matt, to be perfectly honest. You shouldn't even ask these questions. You should expect the flaming you just received. However, I must say this. Where as in many of these type of forums you are gonna encounter people who want to follow the leader. It happens not everyone is this way don't get me wrong. But, you are gonna see people who don't like the undercarriage kits, and neons and especially the blue LED mufflers.

Do what you think looks cool. My honest opinion is I don't like most of those things, but if you can get a good installer who can hide your undercarriage lights well... (can't see the tubes), and I gotta insist this, don't get the neon tip muffler you would be just trying to hard then, I digress, get the damn kit man and put it on cuz from first opinion that's what you liked, that was your first statement and your first is always right just do it well.

 

JDM=clean and simple?! Obviously you have never been to Japan.... those ____ers go CRAZY modding their cars.

I thought LED exhaust tip added 25 HP.....hehehhe keep it simple

 

Dude this people are just going to bomb you. Just my .02 cents, everything sounds good but the muffler tip. That's a no no.
