Does anyone know what or who a DSP inspector is. My dealer called me and wants me to bring in my car so the DSP inspector can look at my.

 

You sure it wasnt a DPS inspector, what are they looking at?

 

Maybe since they have someone special there to look at your tC then maybe it's the DSR...DISTRICT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE??

 

they are lookin at my trunk rattle its been in 4 times for it and 1 out of 4 tims which was the only time i rode with the the shop foreman that they heard the noise and tried to fix it.

 

Yeah sounds liek the District Regional Rep coming out to look at it. They did that for me because i complained about a wierd idling problem with my car that turned out to be normal from talking to other people with tC's. But they brought out the Regional Rep. Then after the the dealership treated me like crap beacuse i got them involved and it makes the manager at the service department look bad..he was very very rude with me..so i complained about him HA! and needless to say..I moved onto a WAYYY better toyota dealer.

 

Forgot to tell you...took him 2 weeks to come out to finally come out and look at it.

 

Well they have been nice to me, but its just that they wont fix it. I got there customer relations manager involved and she is doing this for me. THey gave me an appointment next thrusday so ya sounds about right week and half to come out. I am gonna keep fighting this, there is even a chance my car is a Lemon but will see.... Thanks

 

AHH! they tried to do that to me too! asked if i wanted to ARBITRATE my tC...i said WHAT FOR!! i mean seriously..it was a problem they could not duplicate and they kept asking me DO YOU WANNA ARBITRATE YOUR CAR! i said what for so it can get denied?? i mean in a way they were stupid about it. It's not worth Lemoning your car for a rattle ya know? they are being silly HA!

 

did they get the memo about the TPS reports?
