i cant get a lip kit because i'd lose it leavin my driveway

It depends on whether your going for looks or performance. I would say do the exhaust from the headers back.

carbon fiber hood, then the rest for gas

 

figure grill + intake then save money for gas you're gonna need it.

 

skip doing anything to the engine unless you're doing FI, none of it is worth it.

how you get free gas....where you work dave? Anyways, since you're in the area, and if you wanna help lend a hand, then i would just charge you the price of the raw parts. No profit here. I'll show you the raw parts receipt also so you know i'm not ripping you off. remind me again, what exactly you would like done. Its been a long couple weeks at work...

start back and work forward, you're less likely to void your warranty that way, toyota wouldn't care so with about axle-back, mid/s-pipe as they would about headers.

FI isn't just turbo ya know, the SC is FI too, and that'd probably be the best choice to spend for your engine if you've got an 05 or 06, where the SC is only 2k, where as with the 07-08 it's 3k (both +install)

 

i have an '07 and i heard more good about turbo... but SC might be good too... and is anyone using spray and how is that working out?

 

most exhaust shops want to keep cats in so they will most likely start from spipe back...do that, it's hte best anyways.

 

but the stock E.M. looks horrible... i prefer a header and who cares about an exhaust shop? i do all my own work.
