This is prolly a recently asked question but, I have been debating on what mods to do to my TC next. Anybody got any ideas?...Let me let you guys in on what I have already:

- Apexi N1 Exhaust ( Catback)
- Blacked out Taillights and 3rd brake Light
- Hotchkis Front Strut Brace bar
- AEM Battery Tie Down Bar
- AEM Oil Cap

for looks, its ok for now, and sound well nothing a header and intake wont fit LOL. I will get a turbo kit later down the road. Any Ideas???

 

if you actually plan to turbo dont bother with i/h/e, dont really have an opinion what id do from the list, I guess what ever you like the most.

 

lower, h-tecs/s-tecs/trd's or go coilovers B&G/tein/ksport/raceland/, do a rear sway bar, hids,short throw, polish your valve cover, run a rear strut bar, get a system, almost anything is possible just do your research and SEARCH, but srsly lower it a little get that thing out of 4X4 mode

 

ill do anything i can think of even though it may not be worth it,

if your planning on turbo dont even bother with a header,
but drop the car,get hids,rear sway bar,there so much to list you just have to know what your trying to achieve right now,you can make your tc different from someone else so its really what you want to do....

 

My Bf has a SRT4 and my goal is to kick his ___He runs in the 12's currently. Anything to beat him. lol! I have the only RS1 in our area so .... mainly everyone else is a SRT4. lol! Thankx for the tips on the mods. Keep them coming.

 

youll need turbo or a engine build. Start looking a Ptuning, or Dezod, (most reputable) If you know someone with engine knowledge you might look at a port polish job. Lighten up the car take all that crap out and get some seats. But if your goal is to beat the SRT4 look at your internal engine mods and or turbo..... Or you can just slash the srt4's tires and then walk away......either case good luck I hate SRT4s!\

A neon is still just a NEON no matter how you badge it !!!

 

my tc personally can keep up with the stock SRT-4's i just have basic bolt ons but my little trick is the throttle controller i have from TWP which really gets the car moving when i want too,its like a mini turbo really makes the car pull....

but if you want to beat a moded SRT-4 i suggest turbo,its the only way to go if you wanna look cool,
