you have to get a large hammer or a press to get the old one out.

I usually get a hammer and a screw driver or a chisel.
Hit it till it comes out

same the the new just put it in and now out

First find a new stud, second, take off your wheel, third take off the caliper, fourth take out the rotor, then the studs will be visible, spray some WD40 on the one you want to take off, then like someone else said, take a hammer to it with a screw driver or something similar and hammer it out. Put the new one in try to get it in as much as possible, then put everything back and when you tighten up the lug nuts on the wheels the one you replaced should settle back into its place(If I'm wrong, please someone correct me), hope that works, cause I'm getting ready to try mine, I have some spacers I have to install and I have to replace all of the studs

personally i'm uncomfortable with the "i'm going to try it" part. if you don't how to do it, it's probably smarter to take it to the pros. it's not like you're painting the "waterfall". these are your wheels....imo

i've had bad luck, with the studs breaking off. It happened on 3 out of the 4 wheels.

I guess I overtightned it too much when I was putting the wheel back on, after painting them black.

I got the hand of it now, lmao.

You can drive around with it like that though. There cheap at the dealership, for the stud and nut. Fairly easy to fix. Take off the rotor, WD40, and a hammer, and it'll pop out. I had someone at pepboys do it for me. Now I know how to do it ^^
