Default what... tCtunerZ.com??

In regards to postings regarding tCtunerZ in a negative manor by the hand full of individuals on this site and others we wanted to say a few things in our defense.

Most if not all postings have been started and fueled by certain individuals that obviously have too much time on their hands. Below you will find a few links for reference in regards to some work Quick is affiliated with, product sold and installed as well as step by step of our process making a body kit.

We are not denying or admitting to any of the accusations presented through this site and others however our current happy customers and distributors have had nothing but positive things to say about tCtunerZ.com and our business practices. To boast about being a ‘perfect’ company is not in our nature as we have our flaws and are more than happy to satisfy the customer.

The past few weeks and next few months is a busy time for us and after this post we will seldom have an internet life on ScionLife or other forums and encourage automotive enthusiast to visit our site and browse our content.

Thank you for your time

well, I'm sorry to say that you probably are a good company with good support and do good work but by the things I've seen I will never buy a product from you. The pictures on your site are taken without permission. You e-mailed me telling me an article I wrote was going to be taken from you to be put in a future article and hinted at asking for my permission, which I didn't like in the first place. Even if it was one customer rampaging negatively about a company, it would still factor in how I look at a company. You can't make everyone happy, but you can try to satisfy the customers that won't be happy, and working in retail I know that first hand. The only good things I have heard of your site from anyone was from people you buy products from, which obviously as long as they get their money they'll always be happy. Not to mention you use a Z in your website name instead of a simple S.... I mean really, that's not professionalism if I say so myself.

If a customer feels negatively about your service, you should do anything and everything in your power to satisfy them, that's just how it works. If you can't meet someone's demand, appologize and swiftly give them a full refund with a good reason as to why. But first attempts should be made to satisfy them in whatever way possible, directing all attention on the problems to get them resolved.

I've never heard one thing as to "why" you couldn't make customers happy, or "why" there is only a dozen unhappy customers flooding message boards with negativity. Normally if someone was talking bad about my service, I would tell others that I did everything in my power to satisfy them and it wasn't enough, so I did the only thing I could and refunded their money appolgetically and they still were not satisfied and decided to take it upon themselves to talk negatively about their experience. But that didn't happen, nothing about "why" all these people are unhappy or what you did to try and resolve the situation.

Hence why anytime anyone asks me about your company, I tell them why I would not do business with you, and they are free to make their own decision and should be informed first, that way if they have problems they understand what to expect. I hope your reputation improves in the future and you have many more happy customers and your business grows.

I wonder what Chris will have to say about this. Hmm, maybe I should link this thread over on Matrixowners.com and the protege site.

Oh yeah, I got all day to be on the computer. Yes, I have a job and am "working".

So is it SoCal, or AL?

why don't you admit or deny what is said? wouldn't you want to deny it if it is wrong or admit to it? it seems that since you won't admit or deny any of it that your already admitting guilt. do you and quick have any relation?

Because they dont have to admit or deny. People are free to discuss and argue as they wish about companies and such. It is professional for the owner/PR rep to stay OUT of those situations which could turn ugly publically, so as not to hurt the reputation of the company. Simple business practices.

I have no problem with tCTunerz, nor have I done business with them. But thats only because I just got my tC and I'm not real pleased with the layout of their website. But thats personal preference.

why would you try and sell products (for example the clearcorners.com nitto show car lights) with out even asking those people for permission? why would you post a bunch of pictures from other peoples cars without their permission? and try to sell the products shown on them? tctunerz site seems like a scam to me.... so when i heard that you scammed a bunch of carolla and protege owners i wasnt surprised...

Ah, so it begins again.

Sam: Soon as I saw this thread, wondered what you would say. :D

So tCtunerz, Duwayne you won't be on the internet. "very busy are we?" I guess we'll see you like Aprilish where you tell everyone all orders are filled, a few are just finished, almost all are sent out and the next day they'll be out.

Then the next post will be something like, "I was never contacted, couldn't get a hold of him. I'm owed money."

It will be deja vu all over again!

I will also never buy a product from you. Why? Because Ive heard a plethora of negative feedback and you havent answered any of it. The bottom line here is I have never heard a bad thing about mcgeorgeparts.com or some of the other websites that sell tC parts. The way I feel is whether your honest or not theres a chance, if I go by what people have said, that Ill get scammed. But with another website I feel completely confident Ill get what I pay for.

I have never purchased though him so I can't say anything there, but I have worked alongside someone else and can say that customers come up with the wildest things. You order at 11PM on sunday and call Monday morning wanting your stuff or are told there is a waiting period and call 2 days later. I realize something happened with that kid and sometimes things do, but you can't down a company as much as you do based on one experience. There are plenty of people here that have ordered from him with no problems. If yo have an issue, get it resolved before blowing up about it. People make mistake. Anyways, thats just my opinion on companies in general....
