hey guys just looking for some input
im coming into some money soon and i was thinking about doing one of 3 things

1. get a turbo kit for my 08 Tc
2. get a 2008 Ninja 250r (very hot bike, cheap too)
3. get rid of the Tc, forget the bike and get a better car

let me know what you would do and why

if the tc is your only car, get the bike

 

i said get a better car. its just a better investment. cant listen to the radio on a bike. that seems boring to me.

 

Get the bike bro. It will def be an awesome experience. But be careful though, you might get hooked and forget (gasp!) about yout tC altogether. GL!

 

bike is gonna always beat the tC in power to weight ratio. Trust me once u get the bike u will definitely be glad u did. Just the sheer get up and go those things have is amazing.

 

BIKEEEEE get a CBR or a GSXR thats what imma get a GSXR PUAHHA

 

GSXR ftw!!!!! CBR would be VERY awesome too!

 

i would say get a bike....but not a 250cc bike b/c you will be itching for more power shortly after you get used to it.

im only looking to get a 2008 250 if i get a bike, i don't need anything crazy so please no suggesting other bikes as thats the bike i want if im going to get one. ive had larger bikes before and to be honest i dont need all the power im more into good handling bikes and the new 250r has it in spades

Coming into some money?... how about saving or investing it, your gonna have to retire someday, better get a start now

 

already thought of that too.. most of the money is going to be invested into a CD or mutual fund or something of the sort and ill use it a few years down the road as a down payment on a house. i just want at least one toy out of it though lol

if u upgrade to a new car, which would it be?

 

most likely a Cooper S or GTI... the only problem i have is ill loose crap loads of money as i just bought my 08 tC which is fully paid for.. so idk if its something i really wanna do but its an option

as for the turbo the down part for me is that the gas mileage will go down the tube and id have to use premium on top of it.. i should have just kept my LS1 T/A

 

Personally, If it were me. Id trade it in for a used STI in good condition, and fix er up reaaaaaaaaall nice

cbr is not a better bike if its your first
cbr isnt even a better bike than the zx-6r

i just picked up a blue 08 ninja 250r about a month ago and its the most fun ive ever had

 

dont get a 250. Just get a 600 for a starter bike. Yes the 250 is cheep 3,500 i think and as soon as u drive it off the lot it goes to 2,000. Start with a 600!

 

ALRIGHT.... EVERYONE I DON'T WANT A 600!!!

this wont be my first bike and i know the power of a 250 compared to a 600


o and 250 ninja's especially the new ones hold there value very well. there isnt a huge price drop once you take it off the lot like most other bikes...
