you pop it out and screw in the tow hook for your car... it is located with the tools for changing your spare tire... on top of the spare tire...

I searched for "circle" in only the "tC - General Discussion" section and found on the first page of results:

"Front Bumper?"
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ghlight=circle

"That circle in the front bumper"
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ghlight=circle

"Front Bumper Hole"
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ghlight=circle

"Circle Piece in Front Bumper"
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ghlight=circle

"Small Circle in driver side bumper"
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...ghlight=circle

And the list goes on. So creegan, can you explain why...
