Default What's your ideas to the 08' tC version?

What addition or subtraction would you contribute to the 08' version?

I would:

1. get rid of the bulky exterior door handles and design flush mounted
handles for smooth body transitions.
2. Remove the projector headlights and make those an accessory option.
3. Keep the new tail lights on as a standard option.
4. Design another style foglights for side vents and have as an accessory option.
5. add side door molding available as an option.
6. add new wheels as a standard.
7. standardize heated side view mirrors ( per region )
8. offer different interior color
9. change the gauge illumination another color.
10. get rid of the grill.
11. Supercharge all standard 08' tC's

honestly? Get rid of all changes. Keep it the same as 07. Why make projector headlights an option? They're just halogen projectors, I don't know what advantage you'd have by buying them.

To keep within Scion's target price range, make it an option.

I don't think the altered headlight housing is going to change the price of the car.

i would do something about the 3rd brake light.
For the manuals, I would include a gear shift indicator somewhere on instrument cluster. And I want power and heated seats.

1. Make full 3rd brake light
2. Make projector headlights/taillights optional
3. More grill options
4. Options for dash LED colors
5. Fog lights standard

well, for starters, i'd make the drivetrain platform an AWD.

a garrett turbo would come standard, pushing 330 hp @ 8 psi.

tein coilovers - standard
HID - standard
DVD/Nagivation - standard

all for the sticker price of $27,000.

can I ask why everyone keeps asking for a rear wiper? Be careful, because as we see from the 08 tC, Scion actually listens. Please, please, Scion, don't put an ugly rear wiper.

Buy some windshield treatment instead...

I think scion should make 3 sets of 17" wheels, each pretty different from the other, and you get the OPTION of which one, not an additional cost. if you go larger than 17" now its an UPGRADE.

The gps should also be available, like the xd and new xb.
this should ALSO retro fit the previous tC's (i know you guys love your aftermarket parts, but i like factory upgraded parts.)

Scion OEM body kits should be available pre-painted in peices IE: if you want just the lip, or sides. as of know, you can order whatever you want, but its primered.

I think the easiest thing Scion could do is make a different gauge cluster color. This would definitely not make the Tc any more expensive. It is also probably the biggest mod. most people do. I like the idea of possibly 3 different 17" wheel patterns. Overall I feel alot of the things people want as standard, will drive the base model price up. I would add alot of these idea's as options to keep the base price the same.

A little off topic but this occured to me this morning about the 2 new colors for 08. One of which is sizzling crimson. Close your eyes and imagine what you think that would look like........then...............look at the new xD. Could that be Sizzling crimson disguised as a custom 5 axis color?

My point is this in reference to rs2 owners. If we now have 2 white cars.....one of which is an rs.....2 red cars one of which is an rs and only one BBM that's an rs....rs2 owners should rejoice a bit.

Any thoughts?
