Default Where can I get up to date TSB info?

Well it seems that now Toyota is recommending that all tC models use 5W-20 motor oil rather than 5W-30. I emailed Scion and they confirmed this, but I would still like to see the TSB that was supposed to have been released. Does anybody know where I can get Scion TSBs? Or if anyone works at a dealer can you post a pic/pdf/scan of this?

Sweet. Thanks a lot man. But I'm still kinda confused. That TSB also mentions 0W-20, but only camry/solara with the 2AZ-FE engines can use it right?

our engines can handle it.. but i'd only use it during really really cold winter months.... probably snowy-ish areas..

which cali doesn't really have.... 5w20 is good..
