I just got my new 07 tC today and I noticed that I didn't get any floormats

What's up with that?? Is it supposed to be that way? Or do I need to call the dealer and ask him WTF???

I didn't get mine til a week later. if you order them along with other accessories they should call you to bring your car in to get those stuff added to your tc.

the car does not have floor mats. it's an option.

check the sticker. and look to the right. it should only be.. 50 state emissions and a delivery destination charge i believe.

yeap thier not free i was mad about that one and they told me to look at the windows sticker and yup it wasnt thier but they cost around like 140 for the xB but idk about a tc

u should have complained and gotten them free like i did.. altho i didnt get the trunk mat becasue i didnt know it had one.. the real reason i got it tho is becasue they messed up some paper work and we had to go bak so they threw it in..

I didn't add them as an accessory cuz I thought that was stock, but oh well. Apparanetly I'm supposed to get a survey and the dealer said that they want me to rate them excellent so if I have a problem to just give them a call and they'll try to do everything they can to get an excellent.
I'll ask for floormats hahaha

As for me, I got the $20 Wal-Mart special

I'll replace them once they die. No sense in spending money on expensive Scion mats now.

The survey is supposed to reflect your experience with the salesperson(s), not the fact that you didn't read the sticker on the window of the car and look inside before taking delivery. Just a FYI.

Just try the parts department. When I looked at adding them as an accessory, it would have cost $145. I decided it wasn't worth it, then realized how badly I needed floormats within a week. I went back to the dealership, went to the parts department, and got them for $99. That's all 4 floormats. Give it a shot and you could save some money.

Goto Target and get an all rubber set for $19.99 - they'll last much longer than a carpet set!

i dont know where you live, but if you are in a place where winters suck, as i am....do yourself a favor and get some crappy ones at walmart or autozone for the winter, then put the scion ones on in the spring, otherwise in the spring your gonna want new ones again

The people at the dealership weren't all that nice to me anyway. I walked around for 15 mins and then had to ask for a salesperson cuz no one even approached me.
Don't worry I'm not gonna give them a bad rating for floormats (I have way more integrity thhan that), calm down people stop taking everything so seriously. That's why you get high blood pressure (and salt)

as a sales man my self i always let my customers what comes with the car. At my dealership if we get good surveys we get $25 if we get a bad one we have to pay$50. so it sucks sometimes. And belive we get lots of surveys when we are sellin over 800 cars per month, toyota,suzuki,scion,chevy. i average arount 22 cars per month.
