^^Well I was going to say he got it from the Scion site but the intake is only $440 on there which is suppose to be the installed price from the factory, which you can get at trdsparks for $360. He added money to some of those things.

Every RS package is 2300$ or something over.
17000
or 17800
comes to:
19300
or
20100

If you got charged 21000 you over payed.

I used the prices that some chic gave me in page 3. And yes a base tC is cheaper than the rs. We were talking about the base tC equiped with the same TRD accessories. Put springs, struts, sway bars, exhaust and a set of 18" rims. The price comes out the same. $19k

Springs, Struts, and Sway bars set for: $749.00
Exhaust: $364.95
= $1113
Thats $1187 left for wheels and seats.
It's a pretty good deal. If your happy with it, great.
It's just a matter of whether your going to want to go lower, or louder, or don't want the same wheels 2300 kids are rocking.

I like it, ill be excited to see what you do to it.

And again, $485 for a CAI? Where the flip are you coming up with these prices?

I'm just gave a rough estimate that included Uncle Sam's cut. I can't remember the actual "$" top of my head of what I did pay. The shocks & springs combo include installation charge with alignment.

Since my invoices are next to me...Let's see what I did pay for w/o tax. These invoices were from "Order & Pick up within couple of days"

Rear Sway & Springs-370.00
Struts-678.30
Muffler-407.60 (Ah yes! Now I remember I DID low ball them )
CAI & CF Engine Cover- 739.00 (Sorry guys and gals; I mixed up the prices of CAI and muffler. My bad!)
Front Tie bar-200.00

No CC, so paid in cash. Hence why I had to make multiple trips. I know I could of paid A LOT less with Sparks but can't buy from them without a CC. SIHT! If I did have CC, I would of went with more aftermarket for hell a lot less.

Long story; too personal to say. Think before doing sort of thing like when having good credit and people ask you to share apartment....run far, far AWAY!

Sides, "Here's the money. Don't spend it one place" is quite nice. People at the dealership think I'm nuts. Especially, giving them $800s in twenties was quite fun to watch. They had to have three different people counting it before I could leave register desk.

I had a similar story like that. And boy, they did not like it... I remember how he just kinda ran the marker across all the bills just to see if they were legit. He had to call in the manager for back-up . Better than paying in pennies I guess...

Looking forward to seeing some pics of the rs 5.

Xpresscion, if you knew Sparks had it for less why not ask them for price match? When I went to the dealer and waited during my car's oil change I went to the parts department for price quotes. Hearing the prices I told them I could get them for less. They were like "Where?". I had my iPhone at hand and the browser on Sparks site and quickly they said they'd price match. They suggested that to save on shipping on parts not on hand to order all or most that I wanted at one time.
