This will be mine tomorrow, but I have a Question
http://home.nycap.rr.com/nm3/tC/
I pick it up tomorrow, but I have a question. The body kit paint is not an exact paint match. Now it was pretty noticable under the light in the garage. I have not seen it outdoors in natural lighting. Dealer says they called Toyota/Scion and their response was the car is painted in Japan and the accessories are painted in the states and the clear coat is different. I certainly don't want to have the car or body kit repainted. I'm not an advocate of breaking the factory paint for minor stuff.
Any ideas of what I should do? I'm pretty **** about my cars. Should I get over it and try to live with it?
I appreciate your opinions.

if the dealer knew there was a chance the paint wouldn't match then they should've told you when you ordered the ground effects kit...i'd hit the chat room at scion.com before taking delivery of the car to hear from an official scion rep...could be wrong but i don't remember the official scion page stating the ground effects may come in a different shade than the oem paint...think it said 'color keyed' maybe that'll be their out....probably worth talking to somebody from their page first though...i'd ask if the ground effects are an exact color match before telling them about your situation...
Daily wear and tear will match it up a bit.
Under natural light it will look a lot more blended, I think. It's always hard getting body kits matched up well enough to factory paint.
