This is not for customers only, for those that like our site, information or whatever... just supporters in general.

 

I have never ordered anything from you guys, but when I get a tC, I will try you out. It is hard for me to believe that a site with as much info as you guys have could not get what I want. I have taken some of my customers to your web site and you made me look good. Customer's do not care if I know the info or not, they just care if I know where to get it from. I will let everyone know about my experience with them when I get my tC and then I will have formed an honest opinion on them. I will hopefully have my tC soon

 

I had a good experience. Ordered my Randode's from ya.

Only little quirk I experienced was I got a shipping confirmation a month after I already received them. No problem though, got my cathodes 3 days after I placed the order.

I'm satisfied and would probably order again.

 

Same way.... same thing... my tC coming soon hope to have good experience with this company.

 

you guys delivered my k&n after 2 months of b/o i admit i put my blame in the wrong place. tctunerz gets my approval. good customer support also

 

Can't say I've ordered from you b/c I've been kind of concerned from what I've heard about it, but I enjoy your information and pics... if I hear good enough testimonies from customers I might order some stuff from you that creativecompacts doesn't carry. They have just been a good place to get stuff from and have good prices.

 

Surprised no one has said this. You are a publicity *****. Really, why would anyone NEED a thread like this on another community's board/site? I know some boards have a parts review area. I admit, I do not know if this board does, doesn't this site?

How many other threads are there for your company? Remember that one that had a quite a few of your customers praising your parts and service? Yeah that thread did have negative comments, all it takes is for you to post there or another thread, ask a mod to help "clean" it out if necessary.

Really, you run your own car site and board and you have before. You know his this crap works. I don't mean to come off harsh, re read your post. If I'm in the wrong so be it. Sometimes it has to be said.

 

First site I found about tC's....haven't ordered anything but might in the future....

 

i would order something but im trying to save money.

 

ive ordered from tctunerz before...ordered the k&n cold air intake but it was on backorder and ended up waiting a month. but he kept in touch with me and let me know whats up. i ended up changing my order to the dc headers and payed the difference. otherwise pretty good service and kept in touch ......for all the tctunerz ____ talking people.....dont hate it before you try it...give the guy a break and respect that hes one of the first to do what he does

 

It dosent really matter, All PR in the end is good, it gets your name out...

i dont see anything wrong with him/Her posting...

if anything its good marketing/PR to Actually talk, and respond with your public

 

if i buy something form you guys can i come there to pick it up?
