Those look like Sportmax 001 rims. I've got those same rims, but in 18". Rims + Tires cost me a little over $900. I don't know who is going to pay $1200 for those w/out tires....

The guy probably bought them locally from some shop that ripped them off and he didn't know better. Now he's just trying to recoup some of that price raping.
