If the tC has a rear window wiper, like the 3.

and the door handle is little bit toward the back instead of where it is now...cause it is very hard to hold on to the door when there's wind blowing against the door and it's hit the car next to u when you park when the door slam open

I have not noticed a need for the rear window wiper, but I would not mind having one.

as much as i'd like a rear wiper too, I think it would detract from the great curvy glass top our tC's have. It's like all smooth and uh, graceful, then you just plop a wiper down in the middle of it. While im sure that thought passed Scion's mind, the all glass roof and flowing geometry is one of the defining characteristics of the tC and I personally dont wanna take away from that.

You're definitely right about the placement of the door handles -- for the first couple of weeks after I got my tC, I had a really hard time keeping from opening my doors into things. I got used to it over time, but it's still somewhat annoying. I haven't noticed any need for a rear windshield wiper, though.

Rear wiper would be nice. It's close enough to the Celica in body shap that it shouldn't have been hard to add.

CG, this was uncalled for. Please refrain from pointless comments. Most tC's do not have problems. I know mine doesn't.

I personally wouldnt want a third wiper. Not only does it take away from the glass roof, it serves me no real purpose. Even when it rains I can still see great out the window, and the defrost in my car is the quickest I have seen in a lot of cars.

Also, the doors are fine for me, I haven't had a problem since I got it, but now that you guys mention it, I might notice it when I drive to get lunch today.

hmmmm, what problems have you had with your tC? oh that's right, you don't even have a tC, you just like to troll the boards here.

I agree on the door handle, or maybe a seperate one in the arm rest a little further back (although this is not possible due to the reinforced doors?).

My *only* other request is to please provide adjustable "wings" on the sides of the drivers seat. It feels like it was made for the average 240lb american so it provides little to no support in tight turns.

Other than that, no complaints, no rattles, and am extremely impressed with the car.

edit: why do people feel they need a rear winshield wiper??? with the almost horizontal rear window, you don't *need* a wiper, just drive and the water goes away. it's only the vertical rear windows that need it b/c they get all of the road spray, etc on it. if you really have a problem throw some rain-x on it, and you're good to go.

I don't really feel the need for a rear wiper... i never have much of a problem seeing. The rear defroster works great... it's completely clear by the time i get out of the neighborhood.

Now the door handles further back... i'm definately feeling you there. I have the hardest time getting out of the car in tight parking spots... and i try to hold it by the edge of the door to keep it from swinging ALL THE WAY (which by the way this car has a HUGE wingspan when the doors are wide open). But when i touch the edge of the door i get that annoying ___ static discharge!!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! anyone else have this problem? anywayz, i think instead of different handles the tC should have lambo doors... that would fix it (:

Same problem here...I was thinking of installing one of the stupid grounding kits to see if that would help...
