Was it caught street racing or something? That wouldn't make sense though.. Street racing in a car that nice is nuts

at leeeast 5 hours.

and alot of patience, your gonna end up un-bolting and re-bolting the same things multiple times. haha

 

wht part was the hardest part, do you mind if i steal your idea and make a diy on it too?

haha, he took all the parts off it first too, as you can clearly see in the pic...

looks like the stuck up @sshole dented the ish out of it and busted the windows for ***** and giggles

 

the hardest part is splitting apart some of the harnesses and figuring out the shortest possible distance each harness can run then figuring out how to route it that way.

and i havent even tried extending wires yet, so idk about that...

its alot more work than eveyrone thinks.

not meaning to yell, i just want everyone to realize that before they start tearing their isht apart. and also to realize that theres might ends up looking nowhere near what mine looks like...

 

im guessing they prob did that because they knew it was getting crushed anyways and fkin isht up is always fun. haha

 

why no power stearing? it shouldn't be that hard to reroute that, did you just clear out the fluid? howd you do that?

 

yup, just threw a rag down and popped the hoses off the pump to drain it, still need to remove all the hoses, and still need to take out the power steering pump or route the belt around it.

also need to get a smaller pulley otherwise the tensionor rubs on the belt constantly.

also need to put breather filters on the in and out lines that run on the steering rail.

not to mention its a PITA to get going while driving.

the only reason i took it out was because it was in my way. haha. im still debating whether i want to leave it out or re-locate it.

also aen, keep in mine your car will have to sit for either a whole day or more than likely, a couple days. you wont be able to drive it...unless of course you feel like putting everyyything back together every night. (trust me, you dont)

like flames comming out of the window washer holes on the hood.

im going to do this in a couple weeks. relocate the power steering buy a couple more hoses and put it in the wheelwell

also the sky-blue tc still had the fuse box in place, which IMO is the most anoying think in the engine bay! lol

definitely awesome job, loving all that space behind the headlights, this is a retrofitters dream! LOL

I should and will be doing this to my 240 since it currently doesnt have any of those items you listed anyways as it sits.
