You know you own a Scion tC when...
When...
You have a nice shiny car that you spent alot of money working on to make a sweet DD but you end up driving a 1996 Buick Regal or a 2004 GMC everyday and get to use the shiny car maybe once every other month.

Mine pretty much lives in the garage all winter with little to no driving, at least once the salt hits the roads. Drive the trusty Saturn SC1 during that time.. gets great mileage to boot!
There isn't much left of my Scion... It's pretty much all Dezod, AEM, Turbonetics, VIS, and PPG, lol.
I attempt to DD it but I have really really bad luck. It is always good to keep a spare vehicle around. I guess now I am gonna start riding my bike to keep the tC fresh.

Well... I'm just retentive when it comes to my baby... roll her out of the garage 2 weeks ago... hand washed and clay bared and back into the garage. today was the first time I've had her out to actually drive in probably 3-4 weeks. Because there was a little break in the weather where all the roads are dry....until the next snow storm due in a few days from now.
wow you guys are lucky.
My baby gets parked outside....and is my DD. And I do a lot of driving.
I wish i could at least get it under a roof. Hopefully my next apartment next year will have a roof for my baby.
Then again, I live in socal!

For me it is not as much that the tC is some super luxurious car.. but it is my newest car out of the 3 we own... and I happen to still have the previous car, which has a mostly plastic body (great for salt), narrower tires and weights 2300 or so lbs, so it does great in the snow and gets good mileage. So I figure why not put the extra winter miles on that rather than the newer one
The wife drives the 4Runner. The tC gets driven a lot in the summer and is the autox toy.

Which is because you are supposed to hit the unlock button once to unlock the drivers door, twice to unlock the passenger and hatch... like most other cars with keyless entry
