Default 2006 Scion tC Passenger Side Front End..Knocking..

Hi,

Possible new Scion owner here.

There's a knocking coming from the passenger side front end of a 2006 Scion tC I'm looking at. The car is a 5-Speed and has 160K on it and the owner's asking $2000 for it. The car is clean and doesn't show abuse. This knocking doesn't affect the driving, steering nor braking.
There's no shimmy in the front end nor pulsing in the brakes. It doesn't happen when brakes are applied; it just knocks when the car goes over a bump, and not necessarily a big bump. I checked the strut bolt but it didn't seem loose. I don't have a torque wrench.

I'm at a loss. I'm hoping that this is a common problem / easy fix but a search here didn't reveal any concrete "look here."
