Possibly damaged wheel speed sensors

Could be a wiring issue

Have you done anything to the car?

even if the box was shorted the speedo and odo would work, check the voltage going into the cluster. if there is voltage going in and nothing is working u need a new cluster

yea thats it, there is a wheel speed sensor tool to show you how well the speed sensor is working or you can just hook up a dvom and spin the wheel to check the pulse
