Default after installing springs, ? about alignment?

when u go to a tire shop or whatever to get your car aligned, is it better for it to be aligned computerized or by hand. because it seems like computerized would be more precise, but if you do it by hand it could be more legit. i have no clue can sum 1 help me?

whaaa?

computerized alignment simply uses lasers and mirrors to align your car.

the mech still adjusts the suspension.
