depends on how far to right it is pulling, if your steering wheel is off center, like to the left to ride straight, then yeah, alignment is off. but cars are supposed to pull to the right so that if you fall asleep at the wheel, you won't roll into oncoming traffic.

Most likely they just didn't align it right, take it back and ask them to do it again.

alignments on tC's are restrictive because you have to buy parts from Toyota after you Max out your adjustments. My camber in the rear is off by -1.5 after i installed my H Techs.

Is it pulling or drifting? If it's just drifting off to the right, it could just be the road crown. A "pull" is basically if you let go of the steering wheel, the car will turn itself, whereas a "drift" is just when the car basically just glides over to the side. If they didn't adjust your toe, then they didn't even perform the alignment, because that's really the only thing adjustable on the tC (without a camber kit, unless it actually has a camber adjustment, I've never aligned a tC). I say take it back and tell them it's doing the exact same thing as before and that you want to see documentation of the work performed.

The back has a lil adjustment on camber but the front you can not do because the the bolts are a part of the strut base. meaning you have to order a kit from Toyota.
