Default B&G RS2 Coilovers

05+ Scion tC B&G RS2 Full Coilover Suspension System

These are perfect for occasional track days, great for autoX and absolutely perfect for spirited driving on the streets. B&G uses a movable lower perch for better suspension travel after the lowering of the car. B&G is a wholly owned subsidiary of a 150 year old European suspension manufacturer, these are some of the highest quality coilovers on the market today.

*1.2 inches to 3.5 inches of lowering range

*18 way adjustable Dampening (combination of rebound and compression)

*Steel bottom mounts (stands up to the elements much better then aluminum)

*Limited lifetime warranty (thats right folks! LIFETIME! B&G Stands behind the quality 100%)

I don't know if I should sell my Progress Coilover for these. I really want these B&G RS2 Coilovers. :D

What do you guys think?

i dont know if u should sell your progress but these can be very comfortable if adjusted right. i'd stick with the progress even tho it doesn't have damper adjustments. progress is well dampened unit.

the product looks cheap and its sad that they advertise these as "track/auto x" coilovers and don't inform you anywhere on the spring rates. The website doesn't even have an application chart.

ebay product FTL

You've got to be kidding me. Do your homework before bashing a company.

since my car is two weeks old right... I have honestly never heard of them and their website does not offer any information other than 150 years this and that. I sent them a message yesterday and have not had a reply yet.

Every spring produced from our plant is QS14001, ISO9001, and ISO9002 quality certified. All B&G European spring applications are also tested and approved by the German and European T.U.V. agencies.

YEP IT'S GERMAN alirght :D ..i believe this is a new product. i'll wait for the price to go down.. I got my Progress coilovers from corsport for $1,045 w/ free shipping. The site is in my sig but i might just wait for the price on the B&G RS2 Coilovers to go down.. cuz i believe there pretty new and i've never seen anyone on here at SL w/ them.

Actually, B+G is a subsidiary of a Swedish company (Lesjöfors AB), and these coilovers cannot meet TÜV approval due to a lack of tender springs or progressive coils. That doesn't mean B+G makes a bad coilover, but I'm highly suspicious that they are owned by a 150 year old European suspension manufacturer yet the RS2 seems to be the only product they offer that doesn't adhere to European standards.

Also, if it's a matter of quality and performance, keep in mind that Toyota specifically chose Progress to make coilovers for their Long Beach Celebrity Race tCs and the former Champ Car tC pace car.
