best bang for the buck in handling

With my current alignment and susp. set up and race tires the car is set up for just a little oversteer on asphalt in 80-90 degree dry weather.

50 degrees and damp conditions means crazy oversteer.

My vote is for a larger rear sway bar and stickier tires.

Strut/chassis braces don't help with body roll at all, they're usually something that is done after other major suspension mods have been done.
