Tein, Tanabe?

I'm purchasing C/O's soon, and will probably go with the Tein SS-P's.

Any arguments for or against any coilover??

another argue point.

how about best customer service?

I've been doing mostly offroad the last few years, and shock development and parts availability is a huge deal.

i've got cusco's and think they ride great! i haven't been in any other xb's with coilovers, but i do have a few positive details about them. the pillowball mounts are great but i hate the fact that you cannot adjust the camber while the sus is on the car because of the small hole in the shock tower. the ride is eally good considering the height i have them at. the cusco vacanza's are designed for a good ride at low heights. they even have different springs available to make the car sit lower.

off road on an FF car? I'm actually amazed you can get any handling off road. I guess this comes to driving skills.

no, it's all tube frame trophy trucks and buggies, front mid or rear engine and 99% are rear wheel drive. you can check the sites in my sig.

Actually the best bang for the buck are the tanabe tsc106 dual coil setups. I got mine ordered in for $980 shipped from a top secret place. Will show you guys pics when I get them. They use KYB struts and come wth mounts. My friend has them on his gc8 impreza track car and WOW they are awsome.

I ended up gettting the set for $910 shipped, but that was because of a technicality. They go for about $1050 shipped

Sweet, that is a great deal. Only think I was not sold on was that they were not easy to adjust damping. I actually like the tanabe 4 ways. I do not need a crazy amount of adjustments, 25% each click works fine for me!
