Clacking/scraping noise

It started all of a sudden but when i turn the wheel to the left or the right to make a turn it makes a wierd clacking/scraping noise idk what ut could be so im asking for some help

More information will be needed. Is the car lowered? How do the struts/springs look? Check out the CV shafts also.

Its slammed on racelands but everything looks to be in good working order

cv shafts would be the cause for that kind of noise when your turning. Looks like its time for replacement.

ok would it be a complete replancement or would it need to be gressed cuz i know sometimes that could solve the issue of the noise but im not sure and would it be anything else that could cause this noise

Could be rubbing your fender lining. Mine pops out every once in a while and starts rubbing when I turn. Wouldn't be a clacking noise but would def be a scraping noise.
