I want to buy some cool overs, I don't want to "slam" my car but lower it a few inches ! Any recommendations or sites I should check?

it's an 09 tC automatic if that changes anything

 

If you're not looking to go crazy lowering your car, you will be much better served with quality shocks and lowering springs. Most of the coilovers on the market under 1k are poorly engineered. Even the coilover set I'm running which cost me over 1100 when new really made my ride suffer, although it's one of the better made units. I'm planning to "downgrade to Koni shocks and a set of lowering springs this year, so I can get back comfort as well as handling and even some adjustability.

On a budget I'd go with Tokico blue shocks and a set of springs that give me the look I want.
