Saw these for the tC at a local shop and I just wanted to know if anyone had any experiences with D2s and their quality?

Buy KSport instead. Same coilover, proper spring rates, and they don't need to rip off the name and logo of a cell phone company (Vodafone D2) to sell their product. The product may not be crap, but the company is.
