the prettiness is for when you take it out of the package.. and it is painted to prevent corrosion. There is no prettiness to be seen unless you have a show quality car that gets mirrors put under it at shows... and I hope these bars didnt get wasted on show cars.....

Dab some primer over the scratched areas and call it good.

Well, I finally got a decent test out of it today. And yes it is legit. Tested the ride around a secluded area. Had enough room in case there was any mistakes. Took the ride around a long corner @ 70mph, exit speed was around 90-95mph, and the turn was about 1/3 of a kilometer. Took a few other small turns @ 60mph entry speed. My tC usually produces a good amount of under steer around these corners but with the bar, I was able to rotate the car. I am so pleased with the sway. The car handles beautifully and really hugs the long turns. At first I was afraid I might get too much over steer but I was luckily wrong. The bar is the ideal balance for my setup.

Current Setup
TRD Strut Bar
Tein SSP Coils LV18 f&R, 2finger gap all around or 12.5 inches all around
DG Sway Medium firmness
Stock Yokohama S3

Don't know the camber im running. Perhaps -1.5 in the rears and -1 in the fronts.

I was thinking of just buying it for the heck of it. Hold onto it and sell for profit.

Guys,

DG-Spec is proud that you are all enjoying our bars. Our business model will be to always do limited production. We may bring another version to the market at a later time, but it will not be exactly the same as this, just as Scion's RS cars always are a bit different with each iteration.

Look for DG-Spec coilovers and motor mounts coming SOOOON!

Love it even more after our test n tune and this last event. I am certainly competing at a higher level this season (Starting to inch up further on the 89-91 si hatch guys which is not an easy thing to compete against!). While some of that is just seat time and learning the car, the bar has made a big difference.

I the last event, we had a "toilet bowl" .. aka a big pavement circle that was part of the course. I could hit it hard and then tune out the oversteer rather than fighting the understeer that is typical. Very nice thing to deal with on a FWD car. For autox, I recommend running it full stiff and then adjusting your driving style to match. Ran 2nd most of the day until the 2nd driver of the si hatch eeked past me late in the day to put me in 2nd. Managed to beat the co-driven Imprezza 2.5 RS (also a huge contender in ST these days) by 0.6 seconds and 1.3 seconds respectively. Should have been by a larger margin, but I pushed a little hard on what felt like my fastest run by far and went sideways through some cones

PAX'd 42nd out of 143 cars. In raw times I was 53rd out of 143 cars.

And.. while this is obviously all due to a driver unsure in the car and new to autox, I can say after this event that I beat a 2001 Ferrari 360

Quick vid of one of my runs. Great course for having more rear sway bar. Video quality got kind of crappy on the upload

Eng...thanks for providing more feedback. Glad you're enjoying it. All the DG-Spec parts will be designed to make sure there is a NOTICEABLE difference...not just a nuanced shade of a difference between our parts and others on the market.

There is a total absence of real, honest-to-goodness chassis performance parts out there, especially for Scions. We intend to change all that...

I can say that by a wide margin, we have more development time in our stuff than 99% of what is on the market today. It's a labor of love, and I'm entirely pleased to be able to offer all of you a taste of our race-proven equipment.
