I heard you have to break the coilovers in then the noise may go away. But my friend had coilovers on his SRT4 and it always made that same noise from the exact same spot. I know not the same car but I'll check and see if he ever found out what the issue was.

Could be the springs or struts breaking in and adjusting. My car made a similar noise with TRD coils when I would pull out of my driveway. But, the noise ceased after a while.

I assume you did, but just double check and make sure everything back there is torqued correctly.
