I am not trying to be a c-block or anything; but when I look at the pricing for the break pads I can't help but notice you can find quiet a few of these pads for half the price online with free shipping... I would think since you have to buy the rotor with the pads you would get some type of discount on the pads.

Am I missing something?

The package price is for all four corners of pads AND rotors, and delivery to your doorstep. For example....

Buying StopTech Street Pads with the Blanks individually....

FR Rotors $69
RR Rotors $45
FR Pads $59
RR Pads $53.50

Total for parts $226.50 before shipping. Say it's going to Florida for example, it's about $40 in shipping on top of that cost, so the grand total is now $266.00

Which of those pads is best for a DD? Quiet, clean, and OEM or better performance.

If all you are doing is DD with this car, then I'd recommend just the Centric Premiums. If you want more of a sporty dirtier pad, then go Ceramic or Street Performance
