I ordered Hotchkis springs from them about a month ago. A week and a half later after I paid extra to get them shipped fast I got the wrong springs. They had the springs picked up the next day and I got the tracking number at the same time. The springs got back to the guy on the 20 of march. Now I still have no springs and so I went to the website to get the phone number I used to order the springs and the number I used to tell them they made a mistake. Today I called the number and I got a phone disconnected answering machine. I emailed them just now but if anything will happen, who knows.

And I posted it in two spots so more people would take notice. Im pretty ____ed off about it and thats no way to do business so Im just making sure people know about this site.

Also I finally got an email address that works and I asked if anyone was there and right away I got a reply that said "Im here do you have any questions?" So I replied and told him I wanted to know what the deal was on my springs and that was about 5 hours ago and I still dont have a reply.

 

report that immediately to the Better Buisness Bereau (BBB)...

Absolutely - Sparks is the BEST! I had my springs and shocks within a few days.

Hmmm...that's odd. I ordered my hotchkis springs and sway kit from them last year and they were pretty good with my order. They had my springs but the sways were on backorder for about a week and they even called me to let me know that it was backordered. Then they called me again when they shipped it. Well, good luck. I hope you get your springs.

 

I was about to order the Hotchkis Stage 1 TVS from suprastore.com, but now I'm weary.

 

Yeah, if anything order it from Hotchkis itself. I was charged the same price hotchkis has on their website after I was told a much less price. Then the guy never responded to my emails, said many times he would call me back but never did. Finally I called him and made him put me on hold so he could call hotchkis and find out when I was gonna get my springs.

A month later I got my springs when it should have only take a week. So I dont think you should use them but thats just me. Ive been around small businesses my whole life and I have never seen customer service so bad.
