Default Drilled rotor question

I just recently baught a pair of drilled only rotors. Now i know that these rotors don't give me a lot of performance over the stock ones, so i don't want opinions on why i should'nt of got these. I baught these for a show purpose more than anything. my question is at speeds above 20 mph when i break i can hear a whizzing sound coming from the rotors. Is that from the air being ventilated through the holes or is that a bad noise. any imput would be appreciated. by the way the breaking feels fine, just like when they were stock. so there is no problems with breaking, just the noise.
