Front Left Control Arm BENT!!!
Any guidance as to how to remove the lower control arm and replace. TRD Sparks sells it brand new for 150 which I am ordering tomorrow. Bought the car like this and am trying to fix. I searched but couldn't find any good information as to take this project on.....
Anyone done this already?

Pretty easy 2 do man. I just replaced mine about a mouth ago. Took me and my dad about an 1.5 hr to get the old one off and not even an hour to put the new one back in. There are directions on here on how to remove it, but I didn't follow them because they had me take out the whole axel, wheel hub, senors, and etc which was going to take me at least 3 hrs to take off...
Basically i all did was remove the 4 bolts holding the crossmember bracket, remove the 2 bolts to the control arm on one end and the 3 bolts on the other end connected to the ball jont... Make sure you had an extra jack ready under one of the 5 wheel studs when taking out the 3 bolts to the ball joint because you are going to need to lower and raise the wheel hub.
Here are some pics of what bolts you are going to need to remove...
Orange-Control Arm
Red-Crossmember bracket
When removing the control arm you are going to have to play around with it for it to come out, Twist and turn it and it should pop out.

Here is a better pic of the attachment, I guess when I saved it, it didn't save the large picture.
