I installed the TRD suspension package, and the ride is much improved, really fun in the corners. However, it came with a rear sway bar and front strut bar.

Now I want to install a lower front sway bar. I've seen the front/rear combos (i.e., Hotchkis), but I only need a front one.

Is there a place to buy just the front sway bar?

No there isnt. You have to buy the package. Hotchkis is the only one that makes a front sway bar. You could always buy the package and try to sell the rear sway bar in PPC or on Ebay.
