Front or Rear first?

Doing just the front will result in massive understeer. Your car will handle much worse than it does right now.
Doing just the rear will result in oversteer (depending on which sway you get).
Doing both and setting the front to the softest position (slightly stiffer than stock) and the rear to the stiffest position, will result in the best balance.

im running TRD springs, hotchkis front brace, ingalls rear brace, and hotckis sways with dezod endlinks F+R and I have the sways both set on the stiffest settings. With the rear at the stiffest and the front at the softest i was getting way too much oversteer for my liking. but thats just me.....btw i like how it handles now. All i need is some TRD struts/springs with my falken azenis and i should be able to pull some G's 
but yea dude unless your are experience with working on cars and have a lot of tools, I would just get the TRD rear sway because the front one is a PITA to install
