front strut bar
I heard the motor will torque and actually hit the DC sports strut bar under hard acceleration. I went with TRD. They are all the same anyways... pretty much do nothing but sit there and look pretty.
I've had the DC Sports bar for a few years with zero issues. IMO, it is one of the most solid ones available for the tC. Not that it matters anyway though, considering that any performance benefit from any strut bar on the tC is negligible at best.
hotchkis, i hate it. its red. and it was a _____ to get my intake on with it sitting there, sorta. if it were black maybe i wouldnt mind lol, just weld flanges on a 1.5" solid chomoly bar.
Front Strut Bars are practically for looks in our cars.. Get the cheapest, nicest looking one. Go with a red Raceland one or go on ebay and find a 50 dollar special...
i have the DC strut bar as well. though i really didnt feel much of a difference cause i already had my TRD sway bar installed but i did notice that i dont hear creaks from the front of my car when pulling out of or driving up steep driveways and such.
Whaa???? Where did you hear that?

Strut bars are for looks (frontal anyways) so you can get any one you want, paint it however you want etc etc. Don't blow 100 bucks on a bar that does nothing. Better yet, save that money for a real suspension mod!
