Just install them and they make a knocking sound every bump i get.i adjust them to 8 inches.does anyone knows how low needs to be adjust? I'm on s-tech and tokicos with stock sway bar.

Did you tighten them when the car was on the ground or in the air? They should be tightened when there is a load on the suspension, not when it's up in the air.

I had a similar issue not long ago.

An easy fix is to jack the car up and put the front wheels on ramps, so you can reach the endlinks to tighten them while the suspension is loaded.
