H & R coilovers???
I do, but I can't really answer your question... I mean what do you want in a suspension set up? This system is a compromise system.
It will make the car handle better, it is height-adjustable, but it will make the car ride rougher, substantially, over extended time. If you live in a city with even remotely bad streets think hard before you buy. They are RACING springs, another word for racing is sledgehammer.
If you're just looking for a drop, go with something else honestly. But if you're looking for a good compromise, these are a good choice.

They are expensive (a few dollars under $1000 would be a great price), but well worth it.
