Default H&R vs Tein basics

sup my peepz. i've been planning to get tein basics for a while now but ive been hearing that they all harsh and crap compared to tanabe's but have better performace. Now i hear h&r coilovers perform well while having better daily drivability. Anyone have the h&r's or an opinion on which is the better buy. Since the h&r seem to have the same functionality as the tein basics but are more expensive. I just wanna get some damn coilovers already but dont wanna have second thoughts afterwards. i couldnt seem to find any threads on h&r coilovers. any info helps!

Well I got the Tein Basics and they are good but if you don't like feeling the bumps and your just gonna use it for daily driving then I suggest Tanabe or Progress. I don't know how the H&R feels but here is a thread on it...well 2 threads on it.

The reason why youcant find the threads on the H&R coilovers is that they were just recently released so it might take some time to see what peeps opinions are on them.

I just got the coilover kit from H&R this week and I cant wait to have them on the car. This will be my fourth set of H&R coilovers on variosu cars and I would never personally use a different coilover than theirs. I might be biased and that is okay.

Coming from the Subaru community where Teins are very well liked I had the H&R's in my car. Gave some guys in the group a ride and people that were trying to decide bought H&R. And two guys that had Teins switched over as well.

Currently running the HR Spring race kit and camber kit, ut not for long.

Hope this helps even though the ultimate decision is yours.

Good luck!!
