Default Help Needed!

I have a tC 2007, and i had it for one year. Recently, I started to notice a weird vibrating on my steering wheel when i would start up the car until it reaches below the 1000 RPM. Also, when I press my brake pedal to a complete stop on the road, I feel a vibration on the brake pedal and some on the steering wheel. Is it normal, or should I bring it to a scion dealership for a check up. Thanks. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

No not normal. Could be a number of things - tires, wheel alignment, suspension, etc.

If you haven't been bouncing off curbs & have been rotating your tires and keeping them properly inflated, take the car in to the dealer for warranty repair.
