I would start by putting a different wheel up front (as long as you are not running staggered) to see if they might have given you one wheel with a diff offset to begin with.
Also, if you are running hubcentric rings make sure they are seated properly.

The difference in SAI and Included angle would indicate that something is bent.
Here is a little more info I found on various sites.
"Included angle is the angle formed between the SAI and the camber. Included angle is not directly measurable. To determine the included angle, you add the SAI to the camber. If the camber is negative, then the included angle will be less than the SAI, if the camber is positive, it will be greater. The included angle must be the same from side to side even if the camber is different. If it is not the same, then something is bent, most likely the steering knuckle."

Well you'd have to pinpoint exactly what the problem is.
I would start by going back to wherever you got the alignment and asking them if they can fix it or help you in any way.

well why would you take the car to a place that knows nothing in the first place!? haha
i wouldnt bother with the dealer, they likely wont do anything except hassle you about aftermarket suspension and wheels. Theyll prob try to blame it on the coilovers.
