I just had a pretty bad experence with Show Stoppers Usa a few weeks ago. I ordered these same springs, after a week I still didnt recieve anything so I called them. Turns out they are out of stock but still took my money and didnt even bother to call me that they were out of stock.

I cancelled my order and it took just under 2 weeks to get my money back. At least the guys were cool, but I wont ever use them again

 

Yeah I orderd mine 2 weeks ago from them too and the same thing happened only they havent really charged my card yet. But I had to call them to find out they were on backorder when they said they were in stock when I placed the order. Supposedly they are going to be in stock 3-2 I will keep you posted but I think There customer service blows.

 

I bought Injen CAI and Tanabe exhaust from them without any problem, shipping was super fast.

I got mine for $167 shipped from trd sparks and it got here in like 2 days, it was extra fast. the box was factory sealed and there was a spring missing, I contacted ken and he was very nice and helpful in correcting my problem. definately worth doing business with.

 

I just ordered them from here and I had them shipped from Hotchiks so it would take less time, the guy said about a week less then what it would for him to get them then ship them out so Im assuming itll take a week, and I paid $181.84. So Im happy with that cuz I know they are good springs. Thanks for your help and Ill keep you updated on when I get them.

 

Well I got my springs today but they are the wrong ones, they sent me xA/xB springs. So I now have to wait an extra 2 weeks most likely because they are going to send someone to pick them up, then I have to wait for Hotchkis to send me the right spring. But the guy on the phone was cool and had no problem correcting the problem.

 

Thats where i got my springs from. waited like 2 months then got it. when i called them they were out of it and did not even bother to tell me.. but after the 2 months i got it. oh btw i paid 143 shipped.

 

Well whe I ordered the spings the original price of the springs went up so I thought it would be a little more expensive.

 

ok so its official, dont order hotchkis springs at least through http://www.suprastore.com/hospcospsctc.html, ordered them on 3/5 , and asked when i should get them, and they said bout 1.5 weeks, 2 weeks have gone by now so i asked them again, and they said 1-1.5 weeks, so i was like wtf, i need them by friday for a show, and he told me they are waiting for hotchkis to ship them out and wont be till the end of the month so i wont get them till the 1st or 2nd week of april, thats rediculous, that is 5 weeks! everyone else gets them in a week and some in two days! i wont be shopping there again.

 

I got the wrong springs in about a week and a half. Now I have to wait for them to get the springs back THEN they will have hotchkis send me the right ones. So itll be another week and 1/2 or two from today and I have two car shows this weekend.

 

well they told me hotchkis doesnt have any bumpstops left so there waiting on that, such a load of bs!
