Default hotchkis vs. tanabe df210

im sorry in advanced for posting a new thread about something vs another. but i been looking for springs and its been like 2 weeks and i stiil havn't made my decision hahaha. but yeah i was looking at the tein s.tech at first but its too much of a drop for my taste. then the h.techs but my friend told me that its not even worth it. so then i finally decided on hotchkis BUT then he told me just to get the tanabe df210 cause he heard that hotchkis springs dont last that long (5,000 miles or less). so here i am confused on either listening to my friend or just follow the positive feed back from hotchkis here on SL. Im somewhat a noob but my friend isn't so i dont know what to do. so if anyone can help me out with the pros and cons of both springs that would be a really big help.

thanks in advance

ive had my hotchkis for 1yr this month. About 10k miles on them and still going great! your friend is lying to you. You can go by the feedback on here since we have them on our tC's and were telling you the truth! I love my Hotchkis!

That's brutally false. If that actually did happen through some freak accident, I bet that Hotchkis would be all over that to get you new springs.

uhm guys did i mention that i have the facotory ground effects kit. and uhm i scraped the bottom front lip like three times already. hahaha as you guys can tell i never had a lowered car (well not lowered but a lower body). so are hotchkis pretty stiff? cause i think the way i drive and the roads that i go on i need some pretty stiff springs.

thanks to ya'll that gave your opinions. and thanks in advance to whoever that can help me out with the stiff question
