How hard is it to install coilovers?

Its pretty easy. You just need a few simple tools. Since you have the pillowball mounts, you don't have to deal with taking the stock strut apart.
I installed my Tein basics on my tC this past weekend, and even though I had to use the stock top mount, I got the job done within a few hours.

No, you don't have to remove the seats.

Alen wrench set.
Have all those mm in deep and short and wrenches should be more then fine.
