How to pull out front tie bar?

How to pull out front tie bar?

I am installing the Hotchkis tie bars and I am trying to take out the stock front tie bar. I unbolted all the bolts and removed bushings but it won't come out. Whats the trick?

wat stock tie bar?

you mean sway bars? jus hammer it out if the sway isnt bolted down to anything. but dont tak my word for it, never done it
