I just got quoted $800 for trd strut/shock install!!!!!
Update: install complete. 500 labor charge. its more than i would have like to pay, but what are you gonna do. Its tuff to find a good mechanic these days.
performance wise, haven't really pushed it yet, but immediate difference over stock (worn out) shocks. Lift and dive nearly eliminated. Steering and turning/cornering much crisper. Ride not harsh at all. Reminds me of when i first put the eibachs on, with the stock shocks. potholes make for a stiff travel, but other than that, rides great.
ps. Eibach pro kit+ trd strut/shocks on 17s makes PERFECT cosmetic drop. Wheel gap almost nonexistent. still plenty of clearance while wheels are turned though.
all in all, i'm definitely happy. just with i didn't drop a grand on parts and labor.
this can probably be locked now.
